Summary

This study compared two anatomic total shoulder arthroplasty (ATSA) techniques: the traditional deltopectoral (DP) approach and the subscapularis sparing (SSS) technique. Radiographic analysis showed no significant differences in most measurements, suggesting SSS is a viable alternative.
