TSEA-DB: a trait-tissue association map for human complex traits and diseases

We developed the Tissue-Specific Enrichment Analysis DataBase (TSEA-DB) to link human traits and diseases to specific tissues. This resource helps interpret genetic variants and understand disease causes by analyzing genome-wide association study (GWAS) data.
