Omentopexy versus falciformopexy for peptic ulcer perforation

Summary

Falciformopexy is a viable alternative to omentopexy for peptic ulcer perforation (PUP) repair when the omentum is unavailable. However, falciformopexy has a higher failure rate, while omentopexy is associated with increased atelectasis.
