This study introduces the first single-port laparoscopic approach for cytoreductive surgery and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy in low-grade appendiceal mucinous neoplasm. This minimally invasive technique proved safe and feasible for selected patients, offering enhanced visualization.
