Extended steep ramp test normative values for 19-24-year-old healthy active young adults

This study establishes sex- and age-specific performance benchmarks for the steep ramp test (SRT) in young adults. These findings extend normative values for peak work rate (WRpeak) in active individuals aged 19-24 years.
