    • 48.25% of cases (288 out of 603) presented with 420 pulmonary nodules.
    • Solid nodules were found in 30.5% of cases (184 patients).
    • Nodule frequency showed a statistically significant increase with advancing age (p=0.001).

    Conclusions:

    • The prevalence of incidental pulmonary nodules in Turkey appears higher compared to developed countries.
    • Age is a significant factor influencing the occurrence of pulmonary nodules.
    • Further studies are warranted to establish optimal follow-up strategies for incidental pulmonary nodules in Turkey.
