[Borderline disorders in hematopoietic malignancy; pathological aspect]

In contrast with other solid tumors, it is hard to define early cancer in hematopoietic or lymphoid malignancies because in many of these cases pathological changes develop systemically rather than locally. But, actually, we have a lot of problems at the boundary of myeloid or lymphoid malignancies.
