Lebanese Population Exposure to Trace Elements via White Bread Consumption.

Lebanese white pita consumption exposes the population to concerning levels of arsenic (As) and lead (Pb). While some trace elements (TEs) like nickel (Ni) exceed safe limits for certain groups, others pose no immediate health risk.
