False Identity: Lymphoid Hyperplasia Imitating a Large Paraganglioma

A rare parapharyngeal space mass was identified as benign lymphoid hyperplasia. This somatostatin-receptor-positive lesion, previously unreported, highlights the need for comprehensive differential diagnosis in this anatomical region.
