The Correlation between Atrial Fibrillation and Prognosis and Hemorrhagic Transformation

Atrial fibrillation (AF) does not significantly impact prognosis after acute ischemic stroke (AIS) thrombolysis, despite being linked to hemorrhagic transformation (HT). Stroke severity, not AF, is the key predictor of patient outcomes.
