Combined treatment modality for phthiriasis palpebrarum

• A successful treatment regimen for PP was implemented.
• The treatment involved the local application of 20% fluorescein solution to the eyelashes and eyebrows.
• Mechanical removal of parasites, eyelash trimming, and ophthalmic ointment application completed the therapeutic approach.
