The Effect of Endoscopic Endonasal Transsphenoidal Skull Base Surgery on Cochlear Function

Endoscopic transsphenoidal skull base surgery (ETSS) bone drilling may harm hearing. This study found early cochlear function damage in patients undergoing ETSS for pituitary adenoma, but not for clivus chordoma.
