Summary

The novel Padlock clip, an over-the-scope clip (OTSC), demonstrated safe and effective use in 7 patients for gastrointestinal bleeding and endoscopic full-thickness resection. This new OTSC system offers rapid deployment and allows for prompt reinstatement of antiplatelet therapy.
