Improved solubility, dissolution, and oral bioavailability for atorvastatin-Pluronic® solid dispersions

Formulating atorvastatin (AT) with Pluronic carriers significantly enhances its solubility and oral absorption. This approach improves AT dissolution and bioavailability, offering a promising strategy for better cardiovascular disease prevention.
