Fat grafting associated with negative pressure wound therapy

Fat grafting (FG) combined with negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) successfully promoted granulation tissue formation in a complex lower limb wound with exposed bone. This innovative approach accelerated healing and avoided more complex reconstructive surgeries.
