Purpose of the Study:

To evaluate the effectiveness of Megacode simulation in undergraduate nursing curricula.
To assess the impact of simulation on skill acquisition and critical thinking in senior nursing students.
To measure student satisfaction and perceived benefits of simulation training.

Main Methods:

Megacode simulation was integrated into the final undergraduate semester.
A cohort of 52 senior nursing students participated in the simulation.
The Clinical Decision-Making Self-Confidence Scale was administered post-simulation.

Main Results:

95% of students reported satisfaction with the Megacode simulation experience.
Students perceived the simulation as beneficial for knowledge and skill enhancement.
Simulation provided a valuable developmental opportunity for aspiring graduate nurses.

Conclusions:

Megacode simulation is an effective strategy for preparing nursing graduates.
Simulation training positively impacts self-confidence and readiness for practice.
