Benefits of Screen-Based Postpartum Hemorrhage Simulation on Nontechnical Skills Training: A Randomized Simulation

Training midwives in nontechnical skills (NTS) using screen-based simulation significantly improved their performance in managing postpartum hemorrhage (PPH). This simulation-based NTS training enhanced critical skills like teamwork and decision-making in obstetric emergencies.
