[Wirsung hemorrhage in pancreatic pseudocyst]
Abstract:
Case report of a fifty-two year old patient with expansive pleural-pericardial effusion and hypoferric anemia caused by intermittent hemorrhage in a pancreatic pseudocyst drained by the d. wirsungianus. Hemorrhage through the d. wirsungianus is a rare cause of gastrointestinal bleeding of "unknown" origin.
