Sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1 (S1PR1) in endothelial cells amplifies vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) signaling, promoting tumor growth. Blocking S1PR1 in endothelial cells inhibits tumor vascularization and growth.
