Summary
Laryngeal sarcoidosis can cause severe airway obstruction. CO2 laser treatment effectively removed swollen tissue, improving breathing and avoiding tracheostomy in a young patient.

- This technique may reduce the need for long-term medical therapy and prevent tracheostomy.
