Summary

Best vitelliform macular dystrophy (BVMD) shows unusual vascular patterns on optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA). A bridging vessel in the foveal avascular zone (FAZ) was observed in all patients, potentially linked to bestrophin protein effects.
