Hypercalciuria: its value as a predictive risk factor for nephrolithiasis in asymptomatic primary

Hypercalciuria predicts kidney stones in patients with asymptomatic primary hyperparathyroidism (aPHPT). However, this urinary calcium excretion has a low positive predictive value for identifying nephrolithiasis.
