Retinal hyperreflective foci in Fabry disease

Summary

New retinal findings in Fabry disease (FD) patients include hyperreflective foci (HRF) in the inner retina, correlating with disease biomarkers. These novel intraretinal changes in FD may indicate Gb3 accumulation in the macula.
