Purpose of the Study:
- To compare the cancer detection efficacy of CB versus TB and SPB in patients with Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System (PI-RADS) scores ≥3.
- To evaluate if TB alone achieved its goal of higher cancer detection with fewer cores.

- Prospective study of 404 patients with PI-RADS ≥3 and serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) <10 ng/ml.
