Summary

Endoscopic ultrasound-guided gallbladder drainage (EUS-GBD) offers an internal drainage option for acute cholecystitis patients unsuitable for surgery. This minimally invasive approach may reduce hospital readmissions and repeat interventions compared to traditional methods.
