Technetium Tc 99m-sestamibi myocardial perfusion stress test (MPS) is more effective than stress echocardiography (SEHO) for predicting cardiac events in dyslipidemic patients. MPS demonstrated higher sensitivity and specificity, proving valuable for risk stratification.
