Convexity subarachnoid hemorrhage (cSAH) occurred in 0.5% of hyperacute ischemic stroke patients. Those with cSAH were more likely to have ipsilateral arterial stenosis or occlusion and right-hemisphere lesions, with favorable outcomes.
