A first case report of dapsone inducing recurrent ventricular arrhythmia

Dapsone, an antimicrobial, may trigger life-threatening ventricular arrhythmias (VAs) in patients with pre-existing heart conditions like ischemic cardiomyopathy. Stopping the drug resolved the VAs, avoiding further intervention.
