Endocuff-assisted colonoscopy (EAC) significantly improves adenoma detection rates (ADR) and the mean number of adenomas detected per patient (MAP) in trainees compared to cap-assisted colonoscopy (CAC). This suggests EAC is a more effective tool for trainee colonoscopies.
