[Fluorescence dynamics of anilino naphthalenesulfonate in mitochondria exposed to corticosteroids]

Anilino naphthalenesulfonate fluorescence dynamics in the rat liver mitochondria during the first six minutes after corticosteroid (corticosterone, cortisone, hydrocortisone, dexamethasone) and cholesterol treatment in vitro was studied. The biphasic character of the process was observed depending on the hydrophobicity and concentration of the steroids.
