Factors associated with withdrawal from insulin pump therapy: A large-population-based study

Insulin pump (IP) therapy withdrawal is linked to longer diabetes duration, poor adherence to dieticians, and pre-treatment poor glycemic control. Neuropsychiatric conditions like depression and ADHD also increase the risk of discontinuing IP therapy.
