Summary

Swept-source optical coherence tomography (OCT) 3D wide mode offers reliable full retinal thickness measurements. However, the 12 radial wide scan protocol shows segmentation errors for retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) and ganglion cell-inner plexiform layer (GC-IPL) thickness.
