Young physicians can improve patient consultations in aesthetic medicine using the L.E.A.P. (Listen, Educate and Empower, Align, Perform) method. The B.L.A.S.T. (Believe, Listen, Apologize, Satisfy, Thank) method is also presented for managing dissatisfied patients.
