Summary

Spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT), scanning laser polarimetry (GDx), and scanning laser ophthalmoscopy (HRT) showed moderate accuracy for glaucoma screening in middle-aged adults. These imaging devices alone are not reliable for screening this population.
