Effects of dynamic neuromuscular stabilization (DNS) training on functional movements

Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) training significantly improved functional movements (FMs) in female students compared to physical fitness training. DNS enhances fundamental movement skills, but specific training may be needed for complex FMs.
