Is time elapsed between cannabis use and sleep start time associated with sleep continuity? An experience sampling

Using cannabis close to bedtime may shorten the time it takes to fall asleep (sleep onset latency), but does not appear to affect nighttime awakenings. Cannabis users should be aware of these potential effects and limitations for sleep improvement.
