BRCA Mutation Association with Recurrence Score and Discordance in a Large Oncotype Database

BRCA mutations in breast cancer do not affect Oncotype DX Recurrence Score (RS) discordance with tumor grade. However, BRCA-positive tumors show a higher RS than BRCA-negative tumors.
