Cross-lateralisation in children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and motor skill performance

Summary

Children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) showing mixed-hand-foot preference (cross-lateralisation) performed worse on fine motor tasks. This effect was significant in males, suggesting tailored interventions for ADHD motor difficulties.
