    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate the relationship between invasion patterns, histological subtypes, and the presence of carcinoma in situ in bladder cancer.
    • To explore potential distinct pathogenetic pathways in bladder cancer based on microscopic findings.

    • Microscopic examination of giant sections from 45 cystectomy specimens.
    • Classification of tumors into transitional cell, squamous cell, and mixed types.
    • Assessment of invasion patterns (broad front vs. tentacular) and association with carcinoma in situ.
