Laparoscopic hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) is a safe and feasible approach for preventing peritoneal recurrence in low-grade appendiceal neoplasm (LAMN). This technique showed favorable outcomes in a small patient cohort, warranting further investigation.
