Levothyroxine-treated hypothyroid Graves' patients show a lower triiodothyronine to thyroxine ratio (T3:T4) compared to euthyroid patients. This difference persists even with similar thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) levels, alongside distinct body mass index (BMI) and lipid profiles.
