Robotic-assisted radical cystectomy: the first multicentric Brazilian experience

This study reports the first Brazilian robotic radical cystectomy (RARC) series, detailing outcomes and the learning curve. RARC can be safely performed by experienced surgeons, demonstrating good oncological and survival results.

- This multicentric series represents the first RARC learning curve report in Brazil.
- Despite being a challenging procedure, RARC can be safely and effectively performed by experienced surgeons.
- RARC demonstrates favorable oncological and perioperative outcomes in the Brazilian setting, supporting its adoption in high-volume centers.
