Abstract:
In contemporary neurological diagnostics, psycholinguistic methods are mainly used for the differentiation of speech disturbances of hemispheric origin. However, the possibilities for their use is significantly wider. The mental faculties of man, most of all for speech, are provided for not only by the cerebral hemispheres, but also by the older structures of the brain stem and cerebellum. Therefore psycholinguistic methods broaden the possibilities of localizing diagnostics.
