Cochlear implant magnet dislocation after MRI: surgical management and outcome

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can displace cochlear implant (CI) magnets, requiring surgery. While repositioning is often successful, complications can lead to prolonged CI non-use and significant patient impact.
