Brainstem auditory-evoked potentials in iron-deficiency anemia

Iron-deficiency anemia in infants did not show significant auditory dysfunction via brainstem auditory-evoked potentials. Auditory function remained unchanged after iron therapy, suggesting moderate anemia may not impact hearing.
