Complementary horse-assisted therapy for substance use disorders: a randomized controlled trial.

Complementary horse-assisted therapy (cHAT) did not show a statistically significant effect on substance use disorder treatment completion in this trial. However, a higher completion rate was observed in the CHAT group, warranting further investigation in larger studies.
