Minilaparoscopy-assisted modified neck dissection offers cosmetic benefits and minimal invasion for thyroid cancer patients with lateral lymph node metastasis. This technique is preferred for N1b thyroid cancer without mediastinal metastasis, ensuring better cosmetic outcomes.
