Immunological microenvironment gene expression in patients with diffuse large B cell non Hodgkin lymphoma

Gene expressions of PD-1, FOXP3, GrA, GrB, and CD11c are elevated in diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) patients. These immune-related gene expressions correlate with overall survival, serving as potential outcome predictors.
