Association between upper extremity dysfunction and sleep disturbance in an elderly general population.

Upper extremity dysfunction is linked to sleep disturbances in older adults. Poor arm and hand function, assessed by the Quick Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder, and Hand, correlated with increased sleep disturbance severity.
