Altered brain white matter microstructural asymmetry in children with ADHD

Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) exhibit increased leftward white matter asymmetry in the posterior thalamic radiation. External capsule asymmetry correlates with ADHD symptom severity in both affected children and controls.
